While usually let on a weekly basis, particularly in July and August, outside this high season we are willing to do shorter lets, by the day. The cost will be discussed to suit each application.

We are also willing to discuss longer winter lets where, depending on the length of the stay, and an agreement on the costs of heating, lighting, use of telephone and the like, the costs can, again, be suited to the individual needs of the visitor.

We can and do include cots, high chairs, push chairs, stair gates and the like, subject to prior agreement.

Even for short stays there is plenty to do in the region, many good restaurants (most tried out by the owners), walks, cycle paths, riding stables and, of course, visits to tourist sites, vineyards. Bordeaux, Angouleme and Cognac are within an hour away.
